Lamoille Hill Climb For those of you who haven't experienced the Lamoille Hill Climb, it is a 12+ -mile race located in the scenic Ruby Mountains outside of Elko, Nevada. The course is part of the Nevada Passage Route in Lamoille Canyon. With an elevation gain of almost 3,000 feet (topping off at 8,793'), you have the opportunity to challenge both your legs and your lungs! We finish the race with an awards ceremony and BBQ at Lamoille Grove Park where we can all celebrate a day of fun and hard work. This year's race will be held August 11, 2012. Registration and check-in will run from 7:30-8:30 am at the Lamoille Grove Park, with a start time of 9:00 am. Parking will be available. Road bikes and Mountain bikes are welcome, and all riders are required to wear a helmet. The cookout and awards ceremony will begin at 11:30 am.
